The ST 175/80 D13 trailer tire is one of the most common trailer tires on both utility and boat trailers. This tire will accommodate both 4 Lug and 5 Lug 13 inch trailer wheels. This is a 6 Ply version of this tire, which when inflated to the maximum psi (recommended) will achieve 1360 lbs of carrying capacity per tire. Loadstar recommends always inflating your trailer tires to the max psi. For this tire, that psi is 50 lbs. Running under inflated trailer tires weakens the sidewalls of the tire and warps the tread. Increases in heat and weight will damage the sidewalls and tread, and will lead to trailer tire failure. Permanently prevent any issues of this nature by properly inflating your trailer tires and properly load your trailer within the allowed carrying capacity.
